The Future of Ohio State Football

The Ohio State football team is running all over teams, but this year could be a significant change for them
The football team is now losing up to nine players in their starting roster next year. As reported by Espn Joey Bosa and Ezekiel Elliott are both leaving for a top pick in the NFL draft next season. This team is also losing Cardale Jones, Eli Apple, Jalin Marshall, Michael Thomas, Vonn Bell, Tyvis Powell, and Darren Lee. All of these players were supposed to be on the starting roster for next season.
Michael Thomas was a redshirt junior, which lead the Ohio State football team in receptions and touchdowns last year. In an interview with Luke Armstrong, Thomas said, “These guys are rounge for leaving this early just to go to the NFL”. Thomas has said, “Now me and many of my teammates are leaving, but I hope to see them all in the NFL.” [sic]
Closing in on next year's draft is scary for this team, knowing that nine players have the chance for something great, but is unknown of what team. Ezekiel Elliott (running back) is hoping for a high draft pick. Only because he has rushed for about the same yards a Eddie George, and was the top rusher in the 2014 season, beating Alabama with one regular rushing touchdown and an 85-yard touchdown.
It is unknown what the Ohio State football team holds going into the future, but at this rate this team has shown more than what we thought, winning the Cotton Bowl against Oregon. Then, winning the championship against Alabama. This team might be an underdog team but they have shown more than what we thought they had. No matter what underdog or not this is a team of hope and commitment and they are not going to stop. Their future is going to be holding that championship trophy.
